Scope of Services and Action

The Foundation carries out its objectives through the following specific actions.

Management

The management of the Foundation is exercised by the Board of Trustees. The Board is supported by the headquarters administrative staff who are responsible for the Day-to-day activities of the Foundation. The Director of Programmes executes the work programmes and directs the Foundation Staff. The Program Officers, Administrative Officer, and Audit Specialist assist the Director of Programmes on a daily basis.

Library

The Foundation operates a library at its headquarters for consultation only. This is a collection of publication, journals, etc from donors, development organizations, institutions, etc. and the activities of the Africa Infrastructure Foundation (AIF).

Funding

The Foundation maintains an annual budget for the purpose of carrying out its activities. This is implemented through funding received through voluntary contributions by friends and members of the Foundation and project funds and support  from development organisations.
